Exercise Lite - Weekend 4

Monday - yey! I didn't do the morning exercises but I did the following for the P.M. session

20 crunches
plank pose
35 jumping jacks
10 minutes elliptical
plank pose
20 crunches

Tuesday - this was Labor Day so of course I didn't labor. Toink.

Wednesday - nah. I was too tired from pretending to listen at the day-long seminar. And I still have Thursday and Friday to get through.

Thursday - 1 hour pedals

Friday - OMG! the traffic was horrible coming within and getting out of Ortigas, so uh, no exercise.

Saturday - party with the kiddies...it's hard to chase around kids, no?

Sunday - I'm planning on a lazy day today (as if I haven't had enough lazy days this week). And I should do my packing, too.
