Dawn appointments

It's a holiday today!!! Unfortunately, I forgot to reset my alarm clock and instead woke up at 4:30am.  Yes, my first alarm is at 4:30...I tend to go right back to sleep, so I have 2 more alarms before I finally get up at around 6am.  Anyway, so my alarm went off at the usual time, waking me up from a rather unusual (and somewhat disturbing) dream of me floating in the ocean in total darkness.  I know I'm staring up at the sky but I can't see any stars...I couldn't go back to sleep so I padded down to the kitchen for something to eat.

The house was really quiet...but one other person was up.  My mom was checking her online armies and probably attacking some poor fellow halfway around the world.  That or she was organizing some mass action in their clan's war room.

I decided to cook pancakes and bacon...

Yum!!!

 Even my dad enjoyed the treat (he declared a diet holiday)!

Went back to sleep at I don't know what time and woke up again at 10am.

I love holidays, even when I wake up early!  I love my job which lets me enjoy my holidays! Hehe.

*Leans back...sighs...scratches tummy*
